Directions to Safe Harbor Center for Spiritual Healing
When the ground is snow covered, please use the front walk.

Directions from Pittsburgh/PA 28:
(Please give yourself extra time when taking this route due to road construction in Pittsburgh - follow the detour signs around the Highland Park Bridge)
Merge onto Highland Park Bridge toward PA 28
Merge onto Allegheny Valley Expressway and take PA 28 N toward Tarentum and Kittanning
Take the second Freeport exit #17
Turn right and take 356 N for 9 miles
You will come to a stoplight
Go straight for about another 1/4 mile
Look for Hannahstown Road on your left (You will also see a large sign for St. Luke's Church and School - it is well marked so you can't miss it)
Turn left onto Hannahstown Road
Go 1 1/2 mile until you come to a stop sign
Turn left onto Fisher Road
Go 1/4 mile
We are the 1st lane on the left. You'll see a large sign that says "Safe Harbor" and #448. We have a lovely property, but you can't see our house until you go back our lane and past the row of trees.
Directions from Butler/Rt. 8 North:
(Due to road/bridge construction, it is best to avoid Butler for now)
Take Rt. 8 S. to 422 E exit
Go approximately 3 miles on 422 E to the first red light.
Turn right on Bonniebrook Rd. Go about 3 miles and Bonniebrook Rd. becomes Bonnie Brook Rd.
Go .6 mile to the crossroads. Turn right onto Great Belt Rd. and go 1 mile.
Turn left onto Rt. 356
Continue on 356 for 1/4 mile
Turn right on Fisher Rd.
Go 1 1/2 mi. to crossroads
Go straight through
Continue on Fisher Rd. 1/4 mile
We are the 1st lane on the left. You'll see a large sign that says "Safe Harbor" and #448. We have a lovely property, but you can't see our house until you go back our lane and past the row of trees.
Directions from Pittsburgh/Rt. 8 South:
Take Rt. 8 N from Pittsburgh - about 16 miles
Turn right onto 228 E (The landmark is HP Starr Lumber Co. and there is a stoplight at the intersection - it is well marked)
Go 5 1/2 miles on 228 E (You will come to a Y in the road, 228 E bears off to the right, but you will bear to the left following the signs into Saxonburg)
Go 1 1/2 miles
At Main St. in Saxonburg, you will come to a T
Go left on Main St.
Then, make the first right on State St. (This is really an offset intersection. You will see a stone church on the corner)
Go one block on State St. (You will come to a stop sign)
Go straight through, keeping the Friedman's Supermarket to your right
Go 1 mile (State St becomes Fisher Rd.)
Look for our lane on the right. You'll see a large sign that says "Safe Harbor" and #448. We have a lovely property, but you can't see our house until you go back our lane and past the row of trees.
Directions from Cranberry/I-79:
From I-79, take exit # 78 Cranberry/Mars
Take Rt. 228 E from Cranberry to Rt. 8 N - about 9 miles
Turn left onto Rt. 8 N (Rt. 8 and Rt. 228 merge into the same road for about 1 3/4 miles)

Directions from PA Turnpike/I-76 E:
Take I-76 W/ PA Turnpike toward Pittsburgh
Take Allegheny Valley interchange - exit 38 toward PA 28/Pittsburgh
Merge onto Freeport Road - 0.5 mile
Turn slight right onto Indianola Road/PA-910/Yellow Belt for 1/5 mile
Merge onto PA 28 N toward New Kensington/Tarentum for 13 1/2 miles
Take the PA 356 exit number 17 toward Butler/Freeport for 1/3 mile
Turn right onto PA 356 N for 8 miles
You will come to a stop light
Go straight for about another 1/4 mile
